We headed to McCall in late June for a much anticipated event for the Bunn family! My cousin Katie was getting married!!! It's always exciting to have one of the cousins get married and Katie is the start of the "younger" group of cousins. She and her fiance Matt had been planning together and making much of the decor for the wedding. In Bunn fashion, we all pitched in to bring the event together. Penny did all the flowers, which turned out BEAUTIFUL! Auntie Bunda took on the role as wedding coordinator. My mom cooked meals for the Bunn clan. Uncle Tim, of course, was the preacher! And everyone else pitched in where they could.
They got married at the Black Hawk lodge and had such a wonderfully unique and beautiful wedding. It was just so THEM! Cole was the ring bearer and looked so handsome in his made-by-mom bowtie:-) It was fun to have lots of family around and to get to party hardy! We love Matt and are happy to welcome him in as the newest "outlaw"!
Another bonus to the trip was that Missy brought Henry out so we all got to meet him for the first time. It is so sad to have a nephew so far away and it was exciting for us all to see him! Unfortunately we had a nasty bout of stomach flu over the weekend too, which sadly started with my kids:-( Missy got to stay an extra week so we really got to spend some time with them and get to know Henry, which was really fun!
